Joan of Silence: A Modern Retelling of The Passion of Joan of Arc

Director

Amaya Marquez

Through pain and silence, her defiance speaks louder than words.

In a cold, empty room, Joan sits bound and alone as a shadowed figure lowers a barbed wire crown onto her head, its spikes drawing blood and tears. Despite the excruciating pain and isolation, her unwavering gaze reveals a defiant spirit that refuses to break. Joan of Silence is a haunting exploration of resilience and the quiet power of human will in the face of torment.
