Noa Kirel
Noa Kirel (born Noya Kirel on April 10, 2001, in Ra’anana, Israel) is an Israeli singer-songwriter, dancer, actress, model, and television presenter who rose to prominence as one of the country’s leading pop stars. She launched her career at age 14 in 2015 after appearing on the docu-reality series Pushers, releasing her debut single “Medabrim?” on YouTube, followed quickly by the attention-grabbing “Killer” and a string of Hebrew-language hits such as “Yesh Bi Ahava” and “Ten Li Siman.” She was named Singer of the Year at the Israeli Kids’ Choice Awards in 2016 and went on to win the MTV Europe Music Award for Best Israeli Act six times (2017–2024). At 16 she became the youngest judge in Got Talent franchise history on Israel’s Got Talent, later serving as a host and mentor on other talent shows including Star Academy Israel. Internationally she signed with Atlantic Records, released English-language tracks such as “Please Don’t Suck,” “Bad Little Thing,” and “Thought About That,” and represented Israel at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool with the self-co-written empowerment anthem “Unicorn,” finishing third overall with strong jury support. On the acting side, Kirel made her feature-film debut as Rotem Levi in the 2017 teen drama Kimat Mefursemet (Almost Famous), voiced DJ Suki in the Hebrew dub of Trolls (2016), and starred in dual roles as a fictionalized version of herself and her blogger alter-ego Libi Omer (Kitty Popper) in the long-running youth series Kfula (2018–2020). She had a recurring role as Bosmat Amsalem in Shilton HaTzlalim (2018), appeared in the 2022 film Love You Charlie (as Natasha/Sunshine), and took on more dramatic leading roles in the 2025 futuristic thriller series Wonder (as Noya) produced by Yes Studios and Paramount, as well as the 2025/2026 Argentine-Israeli rom-com series Mírame así, el camino de Noa (also known as NOA), in which she co-stars with Agustín Bernasconi. She has also performed in stage musicals such as The Three Musketeers and various Festigal productions. Throughout her career Kirel has balanced chart-topping music, high-profile brand ambassadorships, and an expanding screen presence that continues to broaden her reach beyond Israel.
